Hi, Camila Ribeiro!
I had a friend in Virginia who used to spend a week each summer at "Casa Bidu",
home of Brazilian soprano Bidu Sayao! He remarked that she would still
occasionally sing even in her 80s. She was a Jean de Reszke pupil and from what
my friend said, Ms Sayao's vocal technique was still solid in her twilight
years. I was saddened to read on the internet that she'd passed several years
back. I know my friend misses her flan that she'd prepare during his visits!
