Yes. There is no such thing comparable to what wind players can do, because wind players generate their sound in an instrument that is held in the mouth, while singers generate their sound in the larynx. If you'll take a look at any anatomy book and think about the path of the flow of air it will be obvious that this difference in the location of the sound source is critical.
Shouting about it (i.e., putting the subject in capital letters) won't make such a thing possible.
