Indiana University has one. I don't know of another. Failing that, I would apply to schools that combine quality voice teachers with a good drama department and, ideally, with a strong opera performance record so that you can try to stage manage, assistant direct or do tech on operas. But if it comes to Plan B, make sure as a drama major you have access to the best voice teachers. I'm sure I don't have to remind you of that, but when I was an undergrad I decided to switch to the drama school. My teacher told me I would be barred from access to the regular faculty voice teachers. A long time ago, but who knows what attitudes may be out there. (I stayed in the music department.)
