You're probably right not to do two Mozart arias. There are plenty
of arias and songs in Italian that could work for a young soprano;
I'm sure your teacher can help you choose. Depending on how much
time you have to prepare, you'll have to decide whether to learn
something new or revive something you're already familiar with. Even
if you do something you already know, please give yourself enough
time to settle the technical issues so they reflect your current
technique and not the technique you had when you originally learned
it.

As for repertoire ideas, I suggest you look at some Handel arias (Va
godendo is good because it's short and shows a good contrast with the
Mozart you've chosen) or maybe Scarlatti. The old favorites in the
24 Italian arias book could be good too, especially if you spruced
them up with some tasteful ornamentation. There's also a delightful
aria from La Serva Padrona by Pergolesi "Stizzoso, mio stizzoso")
which could also be a nice contrast.

Good luck!
