Judy - thank you for the tips, I will certainly try them!

Dentist #2 that I saw today told me that even when I think I'm
relaxing my jaw, I may not be - just suing my strap muscles to lower
my jaw. Hmmm. Mkaes sense, now how to stop it!

I will certainly try your tips tonight. Thanks again!
