On muscle memory...

Well it is certainly my experience that muscle memory
can have all sorts of advantages as well as dis-advantages.

I've had a whole series of work ready for some time and have
rehearsed it quite a lot with the muscle memory playing its
part in the sequence of words. A while later I noticed that
I had a certain tension creeping in derived from the
consonants. I had noticed this by looking in the mirror as I
sang. When I physically removed the tension I began to
forget my words because they felt and sounded different.
