Subject:  Really good Barbara Cook interview

Barbara Cook is one of my favorite singers, both for the beauty of her voice,
her command of her instrument, and her ability to communicate the music and the
text.

(For those who don't know of her, she started on Broadway in the 50's - the
original Cunegonde in Candide and Marian the librarian in The Music Man - and
for the last 20+ years she's been known for her NY cabaret and concert
performances.)

Here is a link to a terrific interview of her in this past Sunday's Washington
Post Arts section. She has some very interesting things to say about her career,
and how she performs.
