Dorotea, the contralto in this opera about opera singers, is indeed only in the first act, and appears to sing only in ensembles - she doesn't have an aria of her own. Indeed, the only arias seem to be sung by the tenor Guglielmo and the composer Biscoma (baritone). I get the impression that it's a short opera, because it's occasionally programmed on a double bill with Mozart's IMPRESARIO.
