Bob I prefer the Betty Hanna Musicianship series over the
Dulcie Holland books. I think they supply a more sympathetic
presentation while still remaining a challenge.
Dulcie Holland's books seem best for a face to face situation.
The Hanna books are by Alfred and the Holland by EMI music.
