i don't understand your use of the terms 'top-down' and 'bottom-up'
(are you dating a masseuse?).
at one point, NASA discovered that pens do not write properly in zero
gravity so, they spent 72 million dollars developing a pen that would.
faced with the same problem, the russians switched to pencils. when it
comes to singing, i prefer the russian approach.
