I, also, am attending a 2 day Alexander workshop in Vienna, Va. Is that
the same one you are attending, Howard? I studied the Technique about 15
years ago and it helped with many things, particularly cold weather.
Instead of hunching myself together I expand outward and upward and I
get warm(but you've got to remember to do it.) It more recently helped
with an upper back and neck problem I've been struggling with(or is that
with which I have been struggling?)
