The good stuff (Sibelius, Finale/Allegro, and Encore) all comes in PC
versions as well as Mac versions. It also runs between $400 and $700.
This said, there are also PC versions of Melody Assistant, Harmony
Assistant, and Virtual Singer - all shareware programs. As I wrote before,
I've had good luck with Melody Assistant (for transposing). It's certainy
cheap enough that if you don't like it, you can dump it without having
made a huge investment.
