"Global" is an NLP term for a chunk level of communication. It is the opposite of "specific", where in "global" the communicator is discussing things from a more bird's eye view rather than the chunked down specifics. It has nothing to do with the other sense of global, in that everyone relates to it as a universal truth. TinaO
