Hi,
To Suki - Yes, I did think about contacts to correct for reading on stage,
but once you get LASIC you can't get soft lenses (the cornea is too flat)
and I have never done well with rigid gas permeable ones.
To Christine - My vision was about -4.75 and astigmatic. The procedure was
painless and looks like it was very successful. I'll let you know when the
eyes finish healing what the vision finally settles in at!
