Baroque pitch isn't a matter of transposing. The difference between the A=432 (Baroque pitch) and the A=440 (modern pitch) is only about a 1/4 step. The way one achieves that is to have the accompanying instruments retuned using a tuning fork (or other tuning device) with the A set to 432 cycles per second, instead of 440. To my knowledge, there has not yet been a new musical notation system wherein one can tranposed pieces by microtones.
