As a person who studied with Feldenkrais and is currently a Trager(r) Practitioner, I would like to add that any of the deep relaxation/awareness techniques works in this way. Trager is more about the functioning of movement from large to small and the relationships of different structures to the whole. I can work in areas using Trager (for example, inside the pelvis) that are almost impossible to isolate using either FI or ATM.
