I think that this is exactly what each of us enjoys most when we attend a performance. It certainly is the case for me.
I also think that there is something about singing well that helps one to be more attractive, to let one's natural beauty out.
I'm reminded of a story about Abraham Lincoln. Some politician had come to visit Lincoln and after the meeting Mrs. Lincoln her husband asked what he thought about his visitor. Lincoln replied that he didn't like the man's face. Mrs. Lincoln said, "Abe, no man is responsible for his face." Lincoln responded "After 40 a man is responsible for his face".
