But not everything sound engineers can do is "correct" singers' voices.
They're supposed to set the equipment the best way in order to express the
voice the closest possible to what it sounds live. People are complaining
about using that equipment to make the voice better than it actually is.
I'm just not sure what our opera singing co-listers would think of using
that equipment to put back something that the microphone has taken out.
