The Downers Grove Choral Society's Artist Recital Series will sponsor a
benefit chamber choir concert for the Society & features members &
friends of the Society, on Friday, February 8, 2002. The program,
conducted by Dennis R. Smith, includes works by Palestrina, William
Billings, Randall Thompson, Virgil Thomson, Robert Convery & William
Mathias.
The concert will take place at 8:00 pm, at St. Luke's Evangelical
Lutheran Church, on Butterfield Road, just west of Park Blvd. A suggested
