Gosh, I hope she had a better costume than she did when I saw her play
Turandot at the Opera Company of Philadelphia years ago. The finishing
touch was a headpiece consisting of a pair of silvery stag's antlers (a
reference to Goddess Diana, perhaps?), which Calaf snatched off her head at
the climactic moment in their third-act aria.

Anyway, I'm delighted that she gave such a wonderful recital.
