I gotta tell you that after my voice surgery when the "rehabber" was trying
to convince me that I had high notes I did these kinds of exercises. The one
that did it for me was to "whimper" like a puppy. Somehow it clicked, I
realized that that place was where the voice was. I am now singing in a
completely different octave.
