No, No, No! There are TONS of Handel arias in English, from the oratorios. If you're good at that sort of singing look at Semele, which has 4 or 5 terrific arias, and which has more of an operatic feel that most of the oratorios, since it's based on mythology rather than the Bible. Two or three of the Semele aria are in the International anthology. My favorite isn't, and you'd probably need to get it out of a vocal score of the opera: "Myself I Shall Adore". It needs good coloratura and tons of personality. A diva with deserved attitude is required!
Other good arias in English are from L'Allegro, il Pensoro, ed il Moderato. I'm thinking of one that I once heard Judith Blegen sing, a bird-imitative aria, which is in the International high voice Handel anthology.
