I'm away from my library, but I'm pretty sure it's in a fairly common collection of his songs - the one that contains Where the music comes from, The Shepherd, The Lamb, etc. I think the collection is simply titled "13 songs".
I believe the title is "The Lady by the bay" or "The lady by the harbor" - something like that.
