Subject:  re: tenor's opera chorus audition

Is "En fermant les yeux" from Manon an option?

I second Chris Thomas's suggestion of the Arie Antiche as well.

What you want to be showing in an opera chorus audition is musicianship,
basic technique (as opposed to fiery virtuosity), tone quality, language
facility, and stage sense. A pleasant personality is also important to
show, since if they hire you they are likely to be working with you all
season long!

Congratulations on the progress you're making! Bravo!
