Dear Vocalisters
Hope you get this message. Some of you might remember my wife Susi van Dijk
- and especially her dry humor. Susi - who passed away this evening aged 54
(after a three year battle with cancer) - taught singing both privately and
at the Music School of the University of Cape Town, South Africa. This site
was - while she was still able to work - one of her daily highlights! I have
approx.2500 messages backed up from the time where she was no longer able to
sit at the computer! Nonetheless she taught actively until about 8 weeks ago
- and I wish to thank all of you out there who were an inspiration to her :
your knowledge, your prompt replies and the many hours of vocal banter and
information "Austausch". God Bless.
