after the 'singing while gargling' exercise turned into the 'mt. vesuvius
incident', i'm a little gun shy about using water as an educational tool.
i teach my students to breath the same way they do when they talk. none
of them have any trouble except the ones who try to 'blow dry' the room while
they are singing.
