Without hearing your voice, it would be hard to know what issues you have. However, I would not be enormously concerned if you can't vocalize beyond your 4th bridge..........In order to get beyond that E, it becomes a balancing act of air pressure, vowels, closure of the cords, and the size of ones instrument........
I've had most of my women voices vocalize up to that 4th bridge. The smaller, lighter voices have an easier time moving beyond that to the 5th bridge, and only one of my students has ever vocalized up to the octave above "high C", I think that would be C6?
