"Women in Music", a recital featuring music by women composers of the
19th & 20th century, will be presented at the Prospect Heights Library,
12 North Elm Street, Prospect Heights, IL on Sunday, October 7, 2001 at
2:00 pm.
The program includes "Quatre Chants" by Lili Boulanger, songs by Pauline
Viardot, Fanny Hensel & Rebecca Clarke & works for Clarinet by Augusta
Holmes & Yvonne DeSportes.
Performers include Victoria Bryant, Mezzo-Soprano; Joyce Owens, Piano;
Dennis Smith, Clarinet & Patricia Smith, Soprano.
