I think if you do a search on a web site like amazon.com you
should find plenty. I know there are videos by artists like
Cecilia Bartoli, and certainly are by folks like Pavarotti
and Domingo. Search also on Maria Callas, as I know there
are some performances she did with orchestsra on video.
