I was wondering if anyone has heard a good tenor singing this
Mozart song, and could recommend a good recording? the public library
in Ecuador is very poor and has next to nothing I could find, so I
have to wait until I get to North Carolina by mid-august to look.
Through Audiogalaxy I have been able to find an mp3 of Ane Sofie Von
Otter singing it but nothing else (it IS a very good recording). Does
anyone know if Fritz Wunderlich (*drool*) recorded this? :)
Incidentally, speaking of mp3s, there is an mp3 going around of
Schubert's Licht und Liebe, where the tenor sounds like he's going to
choke on his voice, so far back it is... the soprano is fine, but he
sounds like he's trying to sing through the back of his head. Who is
this, does anyone know? the mp3 didn't come with names.
