One technique just for "seeing" an entire phrase come forth as one entity is
to think about beginning the phrase (sentence?) right where you are standing,
and somehow to "end" it at the back row of the house. In other words, the
period at the end of the sentence goes at the back of the room. This is a
visual idea that was given to me many years ago.
