Here are links for two Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons
that I believe could be helpful:

The first lesson asks you to do some easy vocalization both at the
beginning and then again at the end of the lesson. I would suggest
using a vocalise in the lowest part of your range. The second lesson
does not ask you to do such a vocalization but I suggest that you do
so both before and after the lesson so that you can notice whatever
differences there might be as a result of the lesson. I also suggest
that you do some vocalization at the top of your range before and
after each of the lessons to notice the difference in that part of
your range.

Have fun!
