Laura, I had two needle aspirations on a thyroid mass. There' absolutely no
problem with it as far as your voice is concerned, and was not painful. This
resulted in surgery for me, because the results were indeterminate. The
surgery had no negative impact on my singing *at all.* Good luck, and don't
worry.
