Yes, I agree with this philosophy I wasted
many youthful singing years being bounced
around by different teachers opinions regarding
the Soprano or Mezzo argument
(My own insecurities paralyzed my ability to
disagree with these experts). One must
be strong and discern ones own capabilities.
Finally, my last teacher through up his hands
and said "SING whatever they'll hire you to
sing!" The best advice I ever recieved.
