I'm told it's things like
Me ma fe law fa so fa (me Ma fell off a sofa)
or me ma fe law fa law re (me Ma fell off a lorry*)
*uk for "truck"
these sounded better in the Scots accent in which they were first sung to me. They are chromatic, of course.
