You also might want to think about seeing a
chiropractor. I used to have lots of back pain (and
migraines, and a bunch of other problems I won't go
into), and seeing a chiropractor fixed it. But make
sure you go to a good one - my current chiropractor
takes back x-rays and performs a full exam before
adjusting someone for the first time. The first
chiropractor I went to was a quack.
