Well, in my opinion money notes for basses are BOTH the high and the
low ones. Nobody wants to strain to hear the low F in Il Lacerato
Spirito or in the Rigoletto duet, but we also always want the
thundering big huge dark high notes for the last act Trio in
Rigoletto or for the final duet in Simon. Basses have to have them
all...
