Dear Colin and List:
I don't know if it's the Albany area in particular, but many of my young students have asthma and associated breathing challenges. Would you share your warm-up routine with me? I don't know enough about asthma to really know whether my breathing exercises are asking too much or not enough of my stduents with asthma.
Thank you,
Laura

Many of my warm up exercises are to relax this, and allow my intercostals to work in a freer fashion. The cords may be warmed up, but if everything else is cold you won't sing well at all."
