Mike, it has to do with the NATS code of ethics. I imagine that is the basis
under which they became "involved" in the situation.

as much as i think this situation is totally sick, unfortunately, i
think it is very common (i'm sure stalin is grinning in his grave knowing his
methods live on).

on what legal basis did NATS get involved? did sara make any legally
binding agreement that she would not consult other teachers? (or, is this
another case of stalin grinning?)
