On a side note, Wilhelm Stenhammar is a very underrated composer, both of
symphonic literature, as you mention, and of vocal music. For anyone
interested in his songs, a good place to start might be baritone Peter
Mattei's recording of Stenhammar songs on the BIS label (exceptional singing
as well, Mr. Mattei makes his Met debut this year).
