The cheapest and least contortional solution is to get an ear syringe
(cost is about $5). 1/2 teaspoon of uniodized salt to a cup of warm
water is the basic recipe. Fill the syringe up and squirt with
smooth pressure directing the flow against the side of the nostril.
Repeat twice alternating nostrils.
