I don't know anything at all about ulcerative colitis, but if
relaxaton is helpful then I would suggest classes or private lessons
in the Feldenkrais Method. You can find a Feldenkrais practitioner
near you by visiting http://www.feldenkrais.com. I'd be glad to make
recommendations.
