Typically Asacol is well tolerated. It can cause a rash though I have never
seen it. It can possibly cause upset stomach but so does ulcerative
colitis. It is unlikely to have any effect on your voice.

Getting your UC under control is the best thing you can do for your singing.
There are effective medications, but in my experience, stress reduction is a
big factor in reducing symptoms. See about getting training in relaxation
and you may reduce the need for medication.
