Avoid going for that ripped 6 pack development of the rectus abdominous. It won't help
you support. The transverse and obliques are the muscles you need for breath support.

I would also caution you not to hold your breath with inordinate pressure. Discussions of
this pitfall have been around the list for quite some time.
