There may be more than one setting of this, but the only one I am aware of is by Karl Loewe, a comtemporary of Schubert. He has a number of wonderful setting of ballad poetry. Peters Publishing has at least two volumes, available for both high and low voice, if I recall correctly. I don't have my copies at home, though, so I'm not sure which volume Tom der Rymer is actually in. Hopefully that will give you a decent lead for your search, though. good luck!
