I envy you! Olga is on my list of roles to learn - not a huge part, but a fun one, and I love her aria.
The best recording of the opera - not just for the Olga (sung by Olga Borodina) but for ALL of the performances - is the Philips recording (Philips 438 235-2) with Dmitri Hvorostovsky, Nuccia Focile, Neil Shicoff, and Borodina, as well as Irinia Arkhipova and some other notable singers. Almost as good is the Deutsche Grammophon (DG 423959-2) which features Anne Sofie von Otter as Olga, Thomas Allen as a truly hateful Onegin, Mirella Freni as Tatiana, and Shicoff (again) as Lensky. Overall I prefer the more recent Philips recording, which is pretty much universally acclaimed as the best ever.

Will you be singing it in Russian or English?
