| Subject: OFF: Outlook Express/ Seeing sender's address From: Jessica To: VOCALIST <vocalist> Send reply to: VOCALIST <vocalist>
Hi guys, you might try this - from the main mail window (not an open piece of mail), go to "View", click on "columns" and make sure "from" is clicked. Also, make sure only essential columns are clicked, I choose "from" "date" "subject" "status" and "attachments" which is all the info I need personally. If you have everything clicked, everything won't fit in the window and can';t be seen. If that doesn't work, go to "preferences", click "display" and make sure "show internet headers" is clicked. Then, even if the senders address doesn't show in your mailbox window, you can see it in the headers after you open from the preview pane. Outlook's pretty customizeable. I hope this works for you.
Best, Jessica
