has anyone heard natacha atlas? i just bought her cd 'gedida'. i cannot find

out anything about her. my guess is that she is a belly dancer from lebanon
but, that is a wild guess. musichounds/world music says 'see
transcontinental
underground' (how wonderfully helpful can you get?)
she is a wonderful singer, very expressive.
