Logic would tell me that, at least for women, it's bunk. In fact,
anything that helps RELEASE TENSIONS has got to be good for the voice,
right?

Perhaps no cataclysmic orgasms within 30 minutes of going onstage (they
can be tiring, after all), but otherwise - sounds like bunk to me.
