If you're not restricting yourself to Melodie from France, check out the h= oldings at the Canadian Music Centre . Some composers that I'= ve enjoyed include Jacques Hetu, Claude Vivier, Clermont Pepin, Michelline Coulombe Saint-Marcoux, Claude Champagne and Lionel Daunais. There is probably ver= y interesting repertoire by American French composers too!
Cheers
